I have very old rug that had stains and lots of dog hair. I considered throwing it out, but I still like the rug. Jim picked it up, cleaned it and delivered it to me. The rug looks brand new and he got every stain out of it. Great job, Jim!!!

A big thanks to Jim. My carpets turned out looking like new and soft. With a big dog in the house I didn't think it could be done. He also cleaned my dining room seats and all the stains from the food spills and kids juice boxes are gone. They look like new. Never expected that. He offers a great service, reasonable costs, timely and a super nice person. Highly recommend him.

First time, but definitely not last time
We had our carpets cleaned by Jim for the first time today. WOW WOW WOW!! The carpets look AWESOME and Jim is a TERRIFIC guy! He is very professional and knowledgeable! He did a great job and is extremely trustworthy. His prices are also very reasonable!! Great bang for your buck!! I will never use anyone else for my carpet cleaning!! Thanks Jim!!

My family from out of town kept saying are you sure you did not get new carpet? I was like no I just had it cleaned. My old nasty Berber carpet has come back to life! Jim was on time and courteous. He walked around our house with us while we showed him our concerns. He got right to work and was finished in no time! We did have some old cat urine stains we were worried about and he said well sometimes when you clean them they tend to smell because the steam/water activates the chemical in urine. I said that’s OK we are used to that when we had our carpets done before. Surprising whatever cleaner he used not only removed the stain BUT NO SMELL!!!! I am one happy camper!! After the very thorough job that Jim did on my carpets, I can truly say that he worked magic! Once the carpets dried (which was very quickly) they felt and smelled so fresh and clean. No residue left behind. Jim is my carpet guy forever. The price was very reasonable, his work is top-notch, he is very knowledgable and gracious and I will recommend him to everyone! I had a pet odor problem in one room, and that is totally eliminated. When I say that he is "the best ever" I really mean it. Thanks, Jim! It was really great meeting you.

Jim took the time to come and evaluate my carpet and even tested a spot to see if he could clean what other companies had been unable to clean. He explained his process and the chemicals he uses to me and proceeded to work on my carpet. He spent a great deal of time and effort and the results were much better than any previous company had with my problem carpet. I will continue to use this carpet cleaning company.
