He calls back, he's on time, professional and a great guy who knows his business when it comes to making carpets, rugs and tile like new...He's cleaned the carpets and tile my entire house on several occassions and they always look like new. I recently called him out when a plumbing disaster left melted rubber on my upstairs carpets- within an hour the stains were gone and all was right with the world...I can't say enough great things about Jim and the amazing job he does! WOW am I impressed. Jim did a very thorough and professional cleaning at a very reasonable price. He even managed to get the Marinara sauce and coffee stains out. My carpet looks fantastic. Jim did a fabulous job of cleaning my carpets. There were areas that I thought would never get done to my satisfaction and he went above and beyond that. He worked hard and smart and got the carpeting in those areas that were very dark to come out as if they were brand new carpeting. I would highly recommend him for all tile grout and carpet cleaning.

We have been a faithful customer of Jim Rowland, and later, his "Carpet Solutions" since 1984. That's 27 years and there are many reasons why we have stayed loyal.
