Jim's my go-to carpet guy.
I started using Jim to clean my carpets just after he left Stanley Steamer back in the early 1990's and went out on his own. This gave him a good background in cleaning, but also makes it possible for him to do a thorough job as he didn't have any quotas in the number of homes he had to do in a day. In order to build his business, he took great care and time to clean and remove as much water from my carpets as possible, allowing my carpets to dry much quicker. I have recommended him to my friends and will continue to do so in the future.
Carpets like new!
Jim has cleaned the wall to wall carpets in my mom's condo and my wall to wall light beige carpets. He can remove 99% of spots and make the carpets look like new, which is saying a lot for 19 year old rugs. I thought I would have to recover my light beige dining room chairs--not so. Jim cleaned 19 years of dirt from the chairs that now look like new. He is punctual, professional and very good at his craft. His prices are reasonable.

I am still marveling at how clean and new my carpet looks after just one visit from Jim Rowland. Not only is my carpet beautiful in time for my brand new baby's arrival, but Jim personally contacted me after my visit to make sure I was happy with his services and to wish me good luck with her birth! He was prompt, friendly, and thoughtful and his work was thorough. He didn't mind my dog or my question-asking toddler and I will definitely have him back.

Jim has been cleaning my off white (incredibly difficult) carpet, upholstery, and tile since 2005... generally twice a year. He helped me survive my children's toddler years (and spills) and an aging pet and always managed to get every single stain out. He has always been professional, reliable, punctual and courteous, and he takes his time to do things right. He is honest and his rates are quite reasonable. His work is guaranteed and as promised, he has come back at no charge to follow up when a tough fruit punch stain started to peek back up. He even came back once when, through no fault of his, my toilet overflowed and the water spread onto my carpet only days after he had just cleaned it! My carpet is 23 years old and he manages to make it look brand new every time!!! I once strayed after I won a free cleaning with another company; but I was very disappointed when my carpets looked dirty again very shortly thereafter. Jim's work is so thorough that it is long lasting!!!

Jim is the very BEST at cleaning carpets and upholstery. I have used him for 14 years, once a year religiously. He does a very thorough job and everything really looks amazing when he's done. It's like getting new carpet and upholstery every time he finishes! I have several high quality area rugs, and he cleans those also, treating them with special care. The look like they did the day I bought them, thanks to Jim. We have a cat and a dog and two kids, and accidents do happen. Fortunately, Jim always manages to get the stains out,no matter how stubborn they are. If you're looking for a carpet and upholstery cleaner, this is the guy!
